New Year’s Eve 2014 will feature on Iron Chef night. Lobster and bacon will be the secret ingredient. $65/person! Come back and check for more details on this special evening!

We will be saluting 2014 and welcoming 2015 with all the finery of 8 Seasons Grille and the superb dishes.

Four-course meal @ $65/person

Two menus to choose from or get creative and choose from a combination of both menus.

Lamb Lollipops – creamy polenta, acorn squash purée, currant mint sauce or       Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese

Hoppin’ John’s Soup OR Lobster Bisque

Steamed King Crab Legs – sauces – lemon butter – hollandaise  OR                            Bone-in Ribeye – sauces – au Poivre – Lobster cream – béarnaise

Peppermint Chocolate Cake OR Chocolate Mouse OR Red Velvet Cheesecake
